By purchasing from ProCV, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Our products are for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, shared or incorporated into any commercial product or service without prior written consent. Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.
Upon purchase, ProCV grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use the downloaded files for your own job application purposes. You may customise the templates and use them across as many job applications as you wish. You may not share, sublicense, resell or publish the files in any form.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. ProCV does not store payment card details. A purchase confirmation and download link will be sent to your email address immediately after successful payment. If you do not receive this within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@domain.com .
All ProCV products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. Download links are for personal use only and must not be shared. Our templates are designed for Microsoft Word 2016 and above on PC or Mac. ProCV accepts no responsibility for technical issues arising from incompatible software on the customer’s device.
All content within the ProCV bundle — including CV templates, sample CVs, cover letter templates and video tutorials — is the intellectual property of ProCV. Reproduction, resale, redistribution or plagiarism of any part of the bundle without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
ProCV provides tools to improve the quality of job applications. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations or job offers. Our liability in all circumstances is limited to the value of the product purchased.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from purchases made with ProCV shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
